delivery times and costs

At Circa we rely on courier services and specialised transporters to ship all our orders.

Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer while making the order. Orders are delivered from Monday-Friday from 09.00 to 17.00. Orders are delivered upon full payment of the invoice.

All stock objects will be shipped within 5-14 days (weekdays). When your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be sent by e-mail. The estimated delivery time depends on the country of delivery. In order to guarantee a timely delivery, the customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address. A mobile phone number or email address are essential for delivery.

Once the order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make any changes.

Objects that are too large or require special attention are provided by specialised transport. In this case we will inform you in advance of the time of delivery and we will always try to plan it together with you.

Please note that furniture and big objects will be delivered by specialised transport. All furniture deliveries are done at ground floor at the entrance of the house/building, performed by one person/driver. When your order is ready for delivery, you will be contacted to arrange a time of delivery. The driver might ask the customer to give him a hand while unloading the products. If you wish to be delivered to an other floor or you want your order to be installed, this is possible on request with extra delivery charges. Shipment costs are calculated for every order whilst placing the order based on the weight and the country of delivery. The shipping costs will be indicated during the order process, right before payment, unless specified otherwise. 

collect in shop

All orders can also be picked up in our office in Antwerp.

If the delivery method chosen is ‘collect in shop’, please await a confirmation email before collecting your order. If you have not been contacted within 48 hours please contact info(at)circa-antwerp.be.

To collect your object you will need to present your order confirmation email upon collecting the order from the address provided in Antwerp, Belgium. If another person is collecting on your behalf they will need to show your order confirmation email. If an order is collected by a courier,

Dany Rits bvba cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the object in transit. Please notify info(at)circa-antwerp.be if you plan to arrange a courier.

All “collect in shop” orders will be held at Circa for a maximum of 2 weeks from point of confirmation. Our returns policy on ‘collect in shop’ orders begins from the day you receive your confirmation email.

import duties and taxes

Delivery duty paid: within the EU goods shall be shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Delivery duty unpaid: If you live outside of the European Community, shipments are subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. Orders shipped outside of the European Community are exempt from Belgian VAT.
